How much time does it take to deliver the product?

You can receive your order in 2-3 days if the pieces are in stock.

If not, then at least 2 weeks (2-4 weeks).

Making ceramics requires patience, a lot of patience. It's a slow process.

Is international shipping available?

How can you make sure your packaging is safe?

We always devote ample time to carefully packing each item with utmost care. Every piece is meticulously wrapped in bubble paper, followed by tissue paper, before being placed in small boxes, ensuring its safety during transit.

RETURNS

What if my order arrives broken?

In the unlikely event of your order arriving damaged please email luunceramics@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @luunceramics with pictures. Once a confirmation message is sent back to you, your piece will be replaced soon afterwards

Do you accept returns or refunds?

No, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Are pieces food / dishwasher safe?

Our mugs, along with their matching trays, have a food-safe and microwave-safe coating. However, our jewelry trays do not have these features.
While the mugs are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing to better protect and preserve them.

For the bikini cups, please gently hand wash and avoid microwaving.

PROCESS

How are the pieces made?

All our items are crafted from high-quality clay, slowly hand-shaped, and hand-painted. The process involves shaping, drying, trimming, and cleaning, followed by bisque firing, painting/glazing, and final firing.

A ceramic piece takes 2-4 weeks to create.
